Jessica's art work is inspired by the natural corrosion of surfaces. In aerial views of landscapes, the contrast of rough and smooth lines, pattern and textures that are found on wood, glass and metal, weathered and broken down by water , frost and heat.  Much of her work stems from studies of the South Downs, close to where she lives and works.
